Take your pram for a few local adventures, and if it's not right for your family, you can send it back to us for free and we will donate it to a family in need via our charitable partner, Dandelion Support Network.
*Please note: The 30 Day Pram Trial applies to the JIVE³ Platinum, JIVE³, and METRO³ prams only. Prams that are sold at a marked down price, Warehouse Sale and Ex-Demo items are not included.
To return your pram within the 30 Day Pram Trial period, please send us an email at email@example.com including:
- The reason for the return (we use this feedback to continually improve)
- Your contact details
- Your order number, this can be found on your invoice
- Product batch number, which can be found on the bottom of the chassis, near the brake
Once your email has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you within five (5) business days to discuss the return and next steps.
