We use Australia Post to deliver your products to you. With standard delivery, you’ll have your pram within seven (7) business days after dispatch from our Sydney warehouse.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you an email to let you know your pram is on its way. This email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. Please note that it often takes up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be searchable in the system.
If you’re not home when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for you to nominate a delivery date or time, and we’re unable to call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
Once your product has arrived, please make sure everything is there and in working condition. In the rare case that something is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery. Outside of this period, Redsbaby is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
Important information regarding dispatch of in-stock and pre-order items:
• If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when all items are back in stock.
• If all items in your order are in stock, we will ship your order immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot take payment for orders and ship at a later date.
