We understand that a change of mind can happen. We can accept a return of an accessory or spare part provided they are:
- Within 30 days of receiving your delivery
- in an 'as new' condition. All returned products must be free of damage, marks, scratches or signs of use.
Provided your order is within 30 days of receiving it, please follow the process outlined below:
- Re-box your product/s in their original packaging.
- Remove all original shipping labels from the packaging
- Submit a return request to us
- Your Return Request will be assessed and if approved, further instructions will be emailed to you.
Please note, that there is a flat rate of $12 per Australia Post return label, which will be deducted from your refund.
